About Me
Liz Meadows
Healer, psychic seer, channeller, animal communicator, land dowser, geomancer, essence maker, forest school teacher, activist, mother.
Following a childhood of deep immersion in nature, my path calls me to work closely with connecting people to the land, animals and the natural world around us. Thus my healing work and teaching lies in four interconnected areas.
Shiatsu
I first began giving healing massage sessions in 1990 after training in Aromatherapy massage and Reflexology and subsequently went on to train in Shiatsu after receiving a life changing Shiatsu treatment in 1998. Shiatsu and its principals from the ancient tradition of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which has been practised for 1000's of years really resonate with me and I fully immersed myself in the training, alongside Macro-biotic Nutrition, which goes hand in hand with the 5 element theory in Shiatsu. I enjoy the body work connection and viewing someone's body as a map that I can 'read' with my hands to follow the pathways of energy, otherwise known as meridians and how the flow of energy in them can be manipulated and restored to balance with the sensitive use of touch. After practising for 25 years, I am still amazed by the desire for the body to bring itself back into balance and the status of wellness and healing that it is always striving for. I feel it is an honour for me to assist in this process and to hep to bring balance back into meridians, thus impacting the working of the organs in the body and alleviating aches and pains.
Kinesiology
I trained in Kinesiology in 2010 and followed the path of Life- Tracking, which really suits my intuitive and clairvoyant abilities perfectly and I love exploring working in this way.
There is no guesswork involved in Kinesiology, it is all done by testing your muscles for a yes or no response, to simply ask the wisdom of your body what the problem is and where it is stored.
Life- Tracking comprises of looking at a problem that has arisen for you in the present moment, this could be physical or emotional, and using muscle testing techniques we 'ask' your body where the problem is stored and when it arose. We then track the problem back to its origin ( this could be a negative belief or stuck or inherited thought pattern) and clear the origin of the problem, (which could be earlier in your life, in childhood or from a past life) thus clearing the problem through to the present day by clearing its resonance out of your system.
Within this discipline I am able to incorporate my previous training in Chinese Medicine and also my knowledge of herbal medicine, homeopathy, crystals and flower essences. I use any essence available, whether flower, vibrational or place and have a particular affinity to working with essences and vibrations to co-create a positive healing outcome.
Animal Communication
I also work with animals having always had an affinity with them. It became apparent that I was able to communicate with animals as a young child. I am passionate about helping to give animals a voice and to share the messages they have for mankind. We have a lot to learn from them.
They communicate with us all the time and are just waiting for someone to listen and hear what they want to share. Often-times there is a marked shift in their temperament and demeanour when they are simply able to share what the problem is, and explain what it is that is bothering thm or what happened in their past which is still affecting them. I can ask them questions about what dynamic happened with a previous owner that may have set up a behavioural issue, or perhaps what trauma they went through, particularly in the case of rescue or street dogs or race horses. Often they just need to be heard, in the same way as we as humans want to be authentically heard which can bring about vast healing (a problem shares is a problem halved)
I fuse Animal Communication with Kinesiology and dowsing techniques to help find supporting remedies, supplements and discover if there are any food intolerances that need to be addressed.
I am also able to signpost when an animal needs veterinary treatment.
Land Energies, Ley lines and Sacred Sites
I have a calling to work with the energies of the land through sacred sites, power points and ley lines. The Earth is a giant body of energy and the lines of energy and points of power on the land work in the same way as they do within the human body system of meridians and tsubos, or acupressure points. Sacred sites hold a lot of power and I make essences of the energies at sacred sites and use these within my healing work.

Alongside my Healing Work
Following my outdoors based upbringing, it felt natural to share my passion of the natural world with others and I became a Forest School Teacher in 2004. Therein followed 12 years of sparking a connection in people and encouraging them to connect to wild nature and the world around them, by teaching environmental theatre, bushcraft, nature connection and rural arts and crafts. I ran a large number of workshops for children and adults of all ages, including many years as an Outdoor Educational Ranger at Sharpham Outdoors, Wildwise, and an Environmental Education Project in schools I co-founded, Eco-Active.
