Animal Communication for Behaviour, Anxiety & Emotional Issues

Your animal may be showing signs of distress, confusion, anxiety or pain. Animal communication can help you understand what they may be feeling, what they need, and whether past experiences are still affecting their behaviour.

Behavioural Changes

Animals can express distress, confusion or unmet needs through changes in behaviour. This might include scratching furniture, marking territory, acting aggressively, becoming unusually timid, or behaving in ways that feel difficult to understand.

Animal communication can help explore what may be rooted behind the behaviour. Your animal may be trying to express discomfort, fear, frustration, grief, past trauma or a need that has not yet been understood. By listening to their perspective, we can begin to understand what they are feeling and what may help them feel more settled.

Health & Discomfort

Sometimes an animal may seem unwell or uncomfortable, but it is not immediately clear what is wrong. You may have already visited the vet, tried different approaches, or felt that something still has not been fully understood.

Through animal communication, I can ask your animal how they are feeling, whether they are experiencing pain or discomfort, and where that negative sensation may be held in their body. I may also use dowsing and kinesiology to explore possible sensitivities, allergies, emotional blockages or supportive remedies.

Animal communication is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment. If your animal is unwell, in pain or showing sudden changes, veterinary advice should always be sought.

Rescue Animals & Past Trauma

Rescue animals often carry experiences that their new humans know little or nothing about. Past trauma, accidents, neglect, abandonment or difficult relationships with previous owners can all affect an animal’s behaviour, confidence and ability to trust.

Animal communication can help give your animal a voice. It may be possible to understand what happened in the past, how it is still affecting them now, and what they need in order to feel safer. Simply being heard and acknowledged can be deeply healing, helping an animal feel more at ease and more able to return to their natural, authentic behaviour.

Anxiety, Attachment & Adjustment

Animals can struggle with anxiety, attachment issues and changes in their environment. Moving home, joining a new family, losing a companion, changes in routine, or being separated from their human can all affect their sense of safety.

Through communication, I can explore what your animal may be feeling and what they need to help them adjust. This can be especially helpful when behaviour feels confusing or out of character, or when an animal seems unsettled, clingy, withdrawn or fearful. The aim is to support greater understanding between you and your animal, so they feel reassured, heard and supported.

Messages from Animals in Spirit

Animal communication can also offer comfort when an animal has passed into spirit. If your companion animal has recently passed, or their death was sudden or unexpected, they may still have messages they wish to share.

These sessions can bring reassurance, healing and a sense of continued connection. They may help you understand how your animal felt, what they wanted you to know, and the love or wisdom they still carry for you. This work can be especially supportive during grief, helping honour the bond that continues beyond physical life.
